I own shares in a company where there previously has been a conflict between the board and the management with the direction of the company and those shares are now worth more than 20 times what I paid for them.

It all comes down to who is right about what's best for the company and it's shareholders. Fingers crossed that it's the directors that are right in Solco's case.
