Yes! Have I not said that I would expect any MD worth his salt to present as much positive information in the run up to an Options expiry as possible. So he should or else he is doing a disservice to his shareholders and the Option holders.

Thanks for the relevant bit about JORC etc in your post. It just goes to show that he is doing nothing that is illegal, or over the edge, or "carefully worded". It fits within the boundaries of what is stated in that excerpt from the JORC code.

Your last comment ("So yes it is clear that Kevin is not breaking the JORC code, but he certainly appears to be spruiking this one quite heavily at the moment."), particularly the bit after "but..." appears to say that even when Kevin is within the law you are not prepared to concede that.
