I don't want to sound like a pessimist - I'm very excited by SER's potential - but I do have just one reservation. At this stage all the SP rises we have had are based on just that, potential.

We all know what MIGHT happen but so far SER has produced nothing, although I'm sure it will down the track. I'll be very happy when we get a positive development such as an improved deal or a signed, binding deal.

My dilemma is I'm way, way ahead on SER and am wondering if I should unload some now or gamble, go for the ride and risk losing much of the gains I have made.

Someone tell me I'm worrying unneccessarily.
