    The pre-open went on about 9:40...

    Plenty of time if were just a standard response to a speeding ticket prior to market.

    As I type, we finally have the "notice received" headline.

    I agree, given yesterday's buying, might be something in this.

    Could be any one of several issues, so no sense speculating.

    LOL...hope it doesn't hold over the weekend.
