    Term sheet is the bones of a licensing agreement. You do that so there is a legal agreement on the basic terms. THen they negotiate the 30 page licencee agreement.

    It sounds as i it is a new customer as the P&G agreement had this in place already through the overarching agreement.

    But not fussed as a second product is a massive step.
