to add to the above ... From my basic understanding of a term sheet it precedes a final agreement and is bascially a bullet form type document with basic deal specifiations allowing legal teams to guide them to the final deal but others may have a better understanding.. so imvho.. this could be a new PDA say perhaps from a powered toothbrush company perhaps that we are already dealing with?? just putting that one out there
