"why would it be put into a trading halt until Friday if it were to do with TGA?"
Insomniac the past few announcement have been beaten to the market by some heavy trading. I.e more than 10x the daily average before the past 2 announcements.
As I mentioned before, I would expect the announcement to be accompanied by a contract with a local seller / distributor and they might have gone for the halt for that reason too while they finalise the contract.
