Thats ok Finicky, it did trade at .15 cents for awhile. In away the placement for the arabs could have been around .17 but you noticed before the announcement of the capital raising the share price took off, probably an insider but atleast they still paid .20, they probably saved the company and we can relax the citi has plenty of money and the backing of arab petrol dollars.
