how do you rationalise INL needing JRV more?
JRV have been sitting on this deposit for > 10years. To me it looks as if INL was handing them a life line....
JRV needs _SOMEONE_ whether it been the chinese or whoever... You have to note that they are going to lose a LARGE percentage in there holding of the resource to the person who will be building the mine, i'd estimate up to 80%.
