So, if they have $2.4m in the bank, why raise another $2.4m now? wouldn't it be better to wait until mid next year? Peter does mention on his BRR interview this morning that he believes there will be a "step change in value, no doubt". wouldn't it be better to wait for this step?
doesn't make much sense to me, unless, there is attached some plan to rapidly develop Milo.
