A boring old issue to sophs makes no sense at this stage of the game.
I would go for a strategic cornerstone type investor or another corporate entity such as PPC wanting a bigger chunk of the register.
I can't believe it will be something too negative as GBZ has no need for desperate CR tactics since early indications from Milo look so good.
