Blacksteell,I think you hit the nail on the head re.....all helps for an on sell.
Although I feel this is all about helping mlm out with their investment in cbx.
Mlm has no cash to help cbx,cbx has no cash.Mte has cash,I think Mte shareholders should be getting more shares than cbx shareholders in the merged entity as CASH IS KING.whereby market cap of cbx is rubbish,hardly traded and would fall big time when they are out of money which is shortly without this deal.
Who else is going to give them the cash they need on these good terms?
I WANT A BETTER DEAL FOR MY MTE SHAREHOLDERS CASH ON HAND,AS SIMPLE AS THAT!
