To get MTE Share Price back up without this deal we needed Surat Rail or some current mines taken over by foreign entities or coal price to jump dramatically. At this point in time coal is still unloved.
This deal provides liquidity, without MLM this deal would never have happened.
MLM had 30.78% of MTE. After the merger they will have 21.08% of the new MTE
