    It appears that Merrill Lynch Nominees is now active seller.

    By my reckoning they have about 4mil shares, based on the assumption that all the nominees are exiting.

    Reading the last Cape Alumina presentation, I think is would be safer to add 12 months to the planned production schedule of late 2014.
