    How horrible is the deal for CBX? They were trading @ 7c, enter into a merger with MTE and now their shares are worth about 3.5c! Anyone who took a look at CBX might see this dilemma and take them over themselves. How could their Directors recommend this takeover? You guys might score something good if you get CBX.
