It is pure speculation but I think BF is behind the shorting and possibly the last issue and Kelly may know it and it is ticking him off. This is why the emphasis on bringing it to regulatory approval. I think it might be a war. Hence the big swings in price.

I could be wrong still waiting for the next 3B but furious shorting on in the US tonight is my guess.

This could be a great scenario for holders long term and traders in the short term. As long as the technology works and I think Kelly believes it does. I mean if he had a doubt wouldn't he sell out?
