No credibility remaining with shareholders, institutions OR the vast majority of Sigmas customers.


REVENUE is a lot different to profit.
The terms he had granted these groups was just profitless turnover.
Or in reality, given the terms, was probably being done at a loss to Sigma.

A VERY foolish strategy indeed.


The fact is no other wholesaler will not grant these groups the same terms Elmo gave them anyway, so they may not leave.
Its all part of the "game" being played at the moment.

Sigma is in a no lose situation.

Bottom line :

If they do stay, it will be on better terms to SIGMA.
If they go, Sigma should be just as profitable without them
