All this time I was thinking they were playing in an uncooperative manner because they wanted to take over 1103. Im sorry but I couldn't have got it more wrong.
Makes you wonder why they hell they signed it in the first place.
Have to wait for Fda commentary to find out Sbbps way of getting out of this...but clearly with only 55mill in the bank they couldn't afford to run another 30-40mill trial. Their other acromegaly drug doesn't directly compete with 1103 , (not that either is getting to market anytime soon) as it has been put on the backburner until they finish their own phase 3 trial.
Better dust off the forward looking statements and enlighten us all how this EAP is going to bring in millions and how we are close to signing a deal on 1102.
Paycuts would also show some compassion to the investors who have, and continue you to be, beaten around the head for backing Anp.
