Shareholders should be requesting the company stay in a trading halt until a full explanation of the reasons for termination are known That means knowing everything that was said to SB by the FDA. SB seems to have gone out of their way to lessen the value of 1103 with their commentary, yet they are a major shareholder/saboteur.
SB has effectively given you the cash to find another partner. Re-establish momentum with a committed partner.
