I believe this is a very good summation of the situation with VCR to date. I particularly like this phrase "....further UNCONDITIONAL funding and unless...."
There is a line from a movie, and it goes like this "show me the money". In this case, "show me the improvements", by actions and results that the board's handling of;
- The commercialisation (EU and US, not just US),
- PR (regular, clear - unambiguious information), and
- Financial management (salaries and share option plan - SOP) given to the fat cats
has been changed for the better.
I would also like to see the SH having the right to approve any remunerations and SOP (ie. changes to the company's articles). This is the SH money, not the Board's and it's the SH that have the right to approve or disapprove how it is to be distributed, NOT the board.
When all this is done, we can talk about paying further funds into this......venture (loosly described).
It is a little disappointing that the SH here will not band together to STRONGLY put their views to board at the AGM.
Whether I or someone else having the proxy, that DOES NOT matter. What matters is that the SH do something to take some control of this company's destiny and not to be lead by the Board, just because they don't feel they have enough numbers.
What is important is to be heard. Loudly if need be.
