Given all the twists and turns and smoke and mirrors would just like to confirm my understanding. The latest announcement states that excess cash and shares will be allocated after shareholder approval.

just want to confirm that once this is done, the cash owed based on shareholding will be paid in addition to the LLL shares applicable at the time of distribution.

If this is the case, as have tried to work a ball park out for both, does anyone have a figure for both the cash component per share and LLL component per share?

I can see there was some attempts at cash (from 2c - 4c) per FFX share however cannot find how many LLL (e.g. do we get 0.3 LLL shares per FFX share) shares that we receive per ffx share in order to get our tranche 2 + royalty sale payment.

Hope that makes sense and understand any info provided are just best guess as we do not have exact numbers.
