    Hasn't been announced as of yet. The IPO is suppose to be spun out later this year and details have not been released. Only the details about how many share Icon will receive and that they stated shareholders would get these 7.5Million shares and 5Million options. Plus I think there is 20% of shares that III shareholders can buy at 20c.
