Thoughts on in-specie distribution of SYR shares on a pro-rata basis back to CSE shareholders?

Personally I'd rather have decision making control over them as my interests and the interests of the board are most certainly not aligned.

Additionally, without being too negative towards the current board, I feel that without having a mutli million $ asset buffer sitting on the balance sheet, these guys would be incentivised to generate some sort of direction/corporate activity or roll over and let someone else take the reigns.

A distribution would likely reset CGT cost base, but with SYR looking good, the positives outweigh this for mine.
