When you complain to asic (which is a quite easy online complaint) you will get a standard form letter back saying something like 'thank you for your complaint we value the feedback of investors and this has been added to the file on korab, but we are unwilling to tell you if or when we will or will not be taking any action or not'

although in another section on the website "fact sheets" they say that generally if they take no action then they will tell you and the company you complained about. I dont think anyone has got that response yet and asic do tend to take a long time to do anything so no news is good news.

it then goes on to say something like that this does not prevent you in any way from taking legal action against the company if you want to.

so if you think 'allegedly' that when korab twice said that "distribution was not conditional on listing" (24/25 june 2010 'no escrow') you believed thats exactly what they meant and you then approved the distribution at the shareholders vote a week later using the latest official statements, but then had no say on the decision to not distribute your entitlement (19/03/2012 'strategy review') , and still dont believe that distribution was conditional (28/03/2012 'clarification'),
then get your opinion together with any documents or dates and bung off a complaint or three (korab, melrose and lugansk), who knows your complaint might be the final straw that breaks the snails back and gets some action happening.
