Drill results to date from previous drill programmes indicate that the platinum values are extremely encouraging

The board of GAU, together with other shareholders in PMV have agreed in principal to “spin off” PMV as a new entity on the Australian Stock Exchange. Should this “spin off” proceed, GAU shareholders will be rewarded with shares in this new listing by way of an in-specie distribution. The shares in this new listing will be distributed from GAU’s entire shareholding in PMV to its (the GAU) shareholders. Further details of this transaction will be made available to the market closer to the time the transaction is finalised.
As part of the corporate requirements for the listing, PMV has commissioned independent consultants to carry out due diligence assessments on its projects. This process is now quite advanced.
