please no talks of "disruption" at such a late stage...
well, Spinks could not be the right guy for this project (I personally don't think so and I will never vote against him) but he is the face of KNL in front of the Tanz mining departments + Banks we are getting finance from... changing the face at such a late stage is not the need of the hour... he has to be till the end for now and that too with all our support + no talks of removing him...
you want to see what happens when the management gets tossed and turned around???? check out KIN... I hold KIN and I can only imagine what the sp could have been if the management was not have been hurled out twice in the last 18 months...
for now, let us keep our pitchforks behind us and no talks of any removals is all I can say... if what Spinks has achieved so far is not going to keep us happy, no one else is going to cut the mustard imo...
