There is no question that VRC are several steps behind us. I also have serious doubts about how successful their bond issue will be, but as always time will tell.
The length of time it has taken for the Regulations to be published and the Mining Commission to be established is laughable, even though none of us are laughing about it. Their tardiness had delayed billions of dollars of FDI, hundreds of millions in taxation revenue, and thousands of jobs for its people. They really need to sort their sh*t out and get on with it.
Not expecting any news out of Tanzania until later this month. Perhaps we may get an update on the spherical graphite pilot plant in the meantime.
