Delays? Yes. Generally not of his doing, but he has been diligent in finding ways to keep us in the game. Tanzania's handling of its mining sector has been haphazard and bizarre. To think that months were lost to dozens of potential multi-million dollar mining deals in Tanzania because the new Boss was pregnant, is the stuff of Alice in Wonderland.
However, that last KNL announcement of 23 Feb 18 was punchy, positive and clear. I am going with those cards and have made my bet accordingly.
