I don't think PPP have "burnt" as much money as what people think. Either they get 5% + 2/3rd of their Vietnam costs back, or 0% and all of their Vietnam costs back. They have only burnt money on Timor dusters.

You could argue they should have capitalised on the strong USD and put money back to AUD, but ultimately they are an oil company not a forex speculator.

I do agree with your comments on disclosure.
