    I think the announcement said the sale was off market. There haven't really been 2 mil shares traded in a single day recently.

    Anyway, he could have gotten twice as much had he sold a few months ago...so PPP's fall from grace must have been a surprise even for directors. Goes to show what a debacle the Vietnam adventure was.
