I am not sure how the directors can be more clear? They realise that this could drag on almost forever... The only way to flush out other interest is to wake them up to the fact that its going to be sold at a LOW reserve... they are missing out and China will be able to control the price of Iron Ore.

There is no superior proposal at the moment.. The only way to get one on the table in my opinion is to vote YES. Honestly what will a No Vote achieve ???
