They do not need to up the bid on a No vote. In fact a No is the best way to get it cheaper. They (Chinese) just buy via a new entity on market at discount and come in again.

The ONLY hope we have is for a counterbidder. That is it. The market will decide. We need to be "up for sale" going, going, gone......and be able to take 45 off the table.
