If you vote yes, the asset is gone and the only ones to benefit from a higher bid is Hanlong as after a yes vote they're the owners not us.
The only way for a higher bid to benefit us the owners is a no vote , to allow time for the other players to do their deligence.
If you want to sell your asset cheaply that is.
