Hi Baukaw, what a great statement. "the Board has adapted to the real world" spot on. As investors we have to as well. Some quicker than others.

By the way, I cannot work out the logic of those who say " see the share price is .365 because no one thinks the deal will go through" so they are actually saying that even with a 45 cent upside like in two months, the SP isn't worth more than .365. Without a bid, surely it would be worth even less.

So these guys are at the same time saying, forget the logic that the market is saying "not worth 45 with or without the bid" we want more. Go figure.
