I cannot understand why the market fails to value future...

I cannot understand why the market fails to value future royalties and the near certainty of future revenues . Hartleys is correct in saying, there is no market value assigned to SSNs niobrara acreage and may I add the CHK royalties.

With one speculative exception, everything in my portfolio has multi-bag potential as well near certainty of a royalties and revenue. These assets have little if any market value assigned to them. Holds of mine with significant cash balances in bank such as SSN also receive a short haircut on the pereived value of that cash.

So where has all the money gone? I guess residential real estate valuations and some to the market through fund managers that hold (often) losing positions at the top end and middle of the equities market LOL.

Anyway my primary SSN hold is in options which are not for sale.
