Certainly the no. of buyers have increased now matching the no. of sellers in the order lines. Other than that I cant for the life of me see why you would claim the so called closet buyers know the stock will go off quickly and rapidly. It may occur given the long period of ranging prices but to incline a point of view without some reason strikes me as a bit of a ramp
