I'm not looking at pivoting anymore, things are more serious now, fed has to keep rates high to protect the dollar from the ruble, I believe the Brix nations are circling around the US dollar and setting up the Ruble to be the next global dominant currency (it's the most worthy candidate and all Brix nations support Russia and is the country most active in engaging against the US via their proxies in Ukraine, has large natural resources to back the currency and has only 16% debt to gdp vs US 133% to debt to gdp) and china would be happy with that as they would have very dominate role in it without them being the #1 but really behind the scenes they would have large say in it and from a friendly country to them. This pivot thing is probably a red herring, the gold price will increase (or decrease) from something else before pivot happens.
