    Thats right pilko but that's step 3 of rug pull behind the scenes

    1. Not renew EPO, or indefinitely delay renewal
    2. Put PPPPPSA under ongoing redraft / review with no timeline or commitment to sign
    3. Offer cheap buyout of M1/2 either through KT or MIF later next year when IVZ is on its knees with little cash left from CR nothing to drill nowhere to go
