An update from Hervey Bay Qld, Talked to a young bloke today, late 20s, arrived in town 3.5 years ago when the place was booming, brought house, paid $250000 spent $50000, pool, reno, worked long hours, all good.

Now , one year old baby, out of work, no jobs around in Hervey bay, house on the market, no buyers, $260,000 in the crap. he also said he's not the only one he knows.
