Sorry GTS man in the spirit of the thread title that is just crap. No-one should be taxed out of existence nor should they be forced to move because of a tax just because they now happen to be in the "in" area. Land tax is in all reality a PUNISHMENT tax where the payee gets NOTHING for their contribution.

Inflation is a natural course of events. Over time everyone wants to be paid more whether it be their wages, services provided or goods produced as such inflation will never be eliminated. You just need to learn to live with inflation and use it to your benefit!
