powerball...seem that you don't understand that everyone in Australia can get themselves into "too much debt", otherwise known as mortgage !
by buying into that fever we were making it worse for ourselves !

did you consider that once YOU paid too much for the house in the street where i want to live...i have to follow suit ? (we'll use you and me for example purpose only)
and if i told you: "please dont pay too much...i don't want to have to work most of my life to pay of a roof over my head" what would've been your answer to me?
(probably something like: i don't mind working hard to get ahead you bludger !)
also...it takes certain kind to inflate the bubble and 'oblivious wellmeaning moron' was one of those necessary kinds !
now that the bubble is inflated...we all suffer...not just him (OWM)!
but it is solely due to likes of him that we do!
'he' was a building block of the 'bubble' !
i'm not thrilled that he's suffering but i see that as: "you reap what you sow " kind off a thing !
so as much as you are trying (for whatever reason) to sling mud at the reasonable bears it should not stick !
and btw where were you to complain when bulls were threatening to 'up our rents' ???
