    no need to get flustered Sungar and throw around denial accusations, household income is household income, irrespective of how many wages earners are under the roof.

    I disagree with your entire point, its not that i dont get it.

    Here is where you make your point;

    "On every occasion when the median house price was above the long term median, sooner or later it has comes down to fall below long term average"

    Then i asked you your time frame, you say 90 years.

    So what happens to long term house median averages when demographics change from single income houselholds to dual income households over the time period you mentioned? They jump! If you think Australia will move back to single income households then you might have a point about medians returning to long time averages.
