The 16 locomotives and 1040 wagons are to be set up into.
Four locomotives hauling 200 wagons each with a 125 tonne payload per wagon.
Sounds like 240 extra wagons on standby.Could be 200 wagons loaded at the mine site ready for hitching up to each set of locomotives as they return and set off for the port again.The first set of wagons back at the mine are re-loaded ready for the next set of locomotives to arrive back at the mine.The other 40 wagons are used as spares when wagons need repairing.
