I would not unreservedly assume that FARJOY will be able to retain their 10% stake if the SP reaches .30 - .40. Tim needs to manage risk in the portfolio, and one would presume that once we reach .30 - .40 the FARJOY portfolio will start to look pretty unbalanced. I have no idea what their risk management procedures look like, but they may find it hard to retain their full holding in that scenario.
