CRAW the board (Chair mainly) holds 1% which will go up with their options added. so even if Tim dropped to 9% they would have the collective grunt to do as they please.
No wuestion in my mind they are aligned so who holds them is kind of irrelevant if they stand united.
That said I'm tipping TR is more likely to keep his 10% (whatever it takes) until....
