yes oex has finally shown signs of a potential bottom. the DOW certainly helped the case for the oversold position we see our selves in today. Gotta love that $11 drop in the oil price. I think its fair to say a lot of things colluded to make this happen.I have not topped up my holding yet, and i maybe making a mistake. we know the yanks will get something together soon enough as endless delays leaves wall street and their economy burning. Todays report was encouraging with some short term news expected. dyor.
