    FLT is barely 10% off its lows. TOLs about 16% off its lows. OEX is 10% off its low today...lol.

    FLT and TOL are still in their long-term down trends. I'm amazed that as a self-professed chartist you are calling these stocks buys. On a charting perspective I would not buy either of those stocks as I would not buy OEX as I would probably not buy most stocks right now as they have all been battered by outside influences that cant be adequately represented on charts.
