in the green

we're back in the green. could be in for another good finish.

the class actions at best (for the litigants) will take 3 years. plenty of water under the bridge by then. if the market was going to panic about the CA, it would be reflected in the SP already. considering weve had mostly green and black since the case started, everyone realises that it isnt a real factor ATM.

like us, the market is focusing on the upcomming anns this week. and as there has been no selloff to date, the market, again like us, is expecting possitive things.
