Yes I'd think that in the end the IO is more likely to go through Cameroon, but at least there is an understanding as to why there has been no Convention yet.
Has Guinea relaxed it's conditions regarding allowing Simandou's IO to be railed along the most optimal route though?
As I said, the ROC Government may be unhappy about all of this IO from Nabeba, Avima, Badondo and Belinga North being exported out of the country.
I wonder if those looking for equity participation at the mine level, as well as those looking to participate at the infrastructure level, have any conditions re needing the Mining Convention granted with the ROC Government happy to see the IO railed through Cameroon.
