I think in the interest of longer shareholders, shareholder should view the legal persue of Mc Flory as a positive thing even if it s gona cost the company funds. This will prevent this episode from happen again with any future management. Shareholder must enforce their right to hold management accountable to what they re doing. Otherwise one management after another will just take the company for a free ride without fear of being held accountable.
